Responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions in order to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential duties and responsibilities described below are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the basic functions of the position. General Summary:Responsible for assisting Residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the Nurse or Supervisor, with established procedures and guidelines.  Essential Functions/Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the “Assisted Daily Living” duties and functions that allow the Residents to be clean and comfortable. i.e., transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, changing bed linens, etc. Physically ensures the Residents get to appointments such as salons, transportation, activities, and meals, including pushing wheelchairs, following closely behind walkers, keeping track of and responding to schedules.Responsible for the Residents under their care & recording communications for co-workers, shift summaries and care notes.
